- Rush delivery (if available): 3-7 business days (US).
- Wedding/Anniversary, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day orders: Order by April 27th for Mother’s Day (May 11, 2025), June 8th for Father’s Day (June 15, 2025), or at least 14 days prior for wedding/anniversary dates.
4.3. Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters). You will be notified of significant delays.
4.4. Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost, contact us within 30 days of order confirmation, and we’ll work with our POD partner to resolve the issue or issue a replacement/refund.
