1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1. Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects (e.g., misaligned embroidery, torn fabric, or printing errors) are eligible for return or replacement.

1.2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., an ASI Dad Cap instead of a Blessed Mom Dad Cap), we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

1.3. Damaged During Shipping: Items damaged in transit qualify for return or replacement.

1.4. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for:
  • Non-defective or undamaged items (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection).
  • Personalized or custom-designed products (if offered).
  • Items marked as final sale.
2. Return Timeframe
  • You must report issues within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue (e.g., defect, incorrect item).
    • Photos of the product clearly showing the issue.

  2. Approval: Our team, in coordination with Printify, will review your request within 3-5 business days and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Return Shipping:
    • For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, Printify covers return shipping costs (we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse you).
    • Do not return items without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  4. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the Printify facility address provided. Include your order number in the package.

  5. Inspection: Printify will inspect the returned item to confirm eligibility. Approved returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Options:
  • Full Refund: Issued for defective, incorrect, or damaged items to the original payment method (or stablecoin equivalent for MetaMask payments).
  • Replacement: If preferred, we’ll send a replacement item at no additional cost (subject to availability).
    4.2. MetaMask Refunds: Due to cryptocurrency volatility, MetaMask refunds are issued in a stablecoin (e.g., USDC)  based on the original purchase value in USD.
    4.3. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by Printify. Refunds to credit cards or PayPal may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear.

    4.4. Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees, taxes, and blockchain gas fees (for MetaMask payments) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
  • Direct exchanges are not available due to the print-on-demand process. For a different size, color, or product, initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Shipping Issues
6.1. Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of order confirmation. We’ll work with Printify and the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund.

6.2. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Printify due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we’ll contact you to reship (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

6.3. Delays: We aim to ship within 7-14 business days (US) or 10-20 days (international). We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters). 

7. Customer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate shipping and payment information to avoid delays or issues.
  • For MetaMask payments, ensure sufficient funds for the order total and gas fees. Incorrect wallet addresses or blockchain errors are your responsibility.
  • Inspect items upon receipt and report issues promptly within 30 days.
